My T20 TERMS & CONDITION

By using My T20 mobile application ("Application") and all other services of My T20("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

We provide access to our application to you subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions of our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this "Agreement".). If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the application.

Please note that by accessing or using the Application you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and the Terms of Use is a legally binding agreement between you and us Quantum Quasar InfoWorld LLP, the owner of the Application ("Firm"). My T20 mobile(android & iOS) application and web-site refer as "My T20" subsequently in this Terms and Condition of service.

Firm reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. When we do this, we will update date at the bottom of this page.

Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.

While Application prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that we cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

A. DESCRIPTION OF APPLICATION

My T20 mobile application is a fantasy scoring mobile app that utilizes the latest web, mobile technologies to allow you to deliver fun and entertainment.

We provide Visitors and Registered Users with access to the application as described in this Agreement.

Visitors: No login is required for Visitors.

Visitors can (a) view all publicly-accessible content, and (b) e-mail us.

Mobile Application Users: Login is required for all Registered Users. Registered Users can do all the things Visitors can do, and also (a) create team, (b) sign up for alerts and other notifications, (c) view other available features

We are under no obligation to accept any individual as a Registered User, and may accept or reject any registration in its sole and complete discretion.

B. COOKIES

To improve the responsiveness of the site/application for our users, we may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number to understand the user's individual interests using the Identified Computer. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive. Our advertisers may also assign their own cookies to your browser (if you click on their ads), a process that we do not control.

Our web servers automatically collect limited information about your computer's connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. (Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data -- such as the web pages you view.) Your IP address does not identify you personally. We use this information to deliver our web pages to you upon request, to tailor our site to the interests of our users, to measure traffic within our site and let advertisers know the geographic locations from where our visitors come.

C. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MY T20 app comprises of a group of content solely developed by Firm. Firm itself holds the intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") in all software underlying My T20 mobile(Android, iOS) application and website and content/material published on our website and mobile application, including (but not limited to) games, contests, software, written content, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings, other animation and any digital form. The users are not permitted to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or exploit any of the materials or content published on Application/web-site in any manner, either in whole or in part until and unless users have written license from Firm or authorities.
The users of My T20 hold the sole responsibility of all the materials (whether publicly posted or privately transmitted) that they upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available on Application. The users of My T20 assures that they hold and own all the Intellectual Property Rights in the User's Content and that none of the material uploaded or posted by the users as a part of the User's content does not hurt or harm any of the third party rights. The users also ensure not to use or display any of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights of any third party associated with or present on Application. The users further accept and agree that Firm, its directors, employees, affiliates and assigns holds harmless and unanswerable towards any and/or all sort of costs, damages, loss and harm including towards litigation costs and counsel fees, in case of any claims made by any third party following the display or use of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights on Application, through the User's commissions or omissions.
The users of My T20 by accepting the terms and conditions permit Firm and its affiliates, partners, licensors and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users' Content for any of the following purposes:

Displaying Users' Content on website (myt20app.com)
Distributing Users' Content, either electronically or via other media, to other Users seeking to download or otherwise acquire it, and/or
This license shall apply to the distribution and the storage of Users' Content in any form, medium, or technology.

Users consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements from Firm or any of its partners, licensors or associates.

D. ACCOUNT TERMS

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

You must be a human. Accounts registered by "robots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

You must provide a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activities that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have access to your account).

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Although we encourage you to e-mail us, we do not want you to, and you should not, e-mail us any content that contains confidential information. With respect to all e-mails you send to us, including but not limited to, feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, and the like, we shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, the development, production and marketing of products and services that incorporate such information.

You retain all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to anything you post/use in application. You do, however, grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, copy, distribute, publish, perform, sublicense, and create derivative works from all submissions you provide to us in any media now known or hereafter devised and for any purpose.

E. USER CONDUCT

The Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use defined by Application for its users are mandatory to be followed by the users and in an event if the user fails to follow the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use adequately the authorities of Firm holds all the rights to take action against such user, which might include (but not limited to):

Suspending , restricting, or terminating any User's access to all or any part of Application;
Deleting or deactivating a User's account and all related information and files on the account; or
Refraining from awarding any prize(s) to such User.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Application, the individual's using services provided by Application agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information while registration and at other times when demanded by Firm. The individuals further provide consent to keeping their registration information updated.
A single user is permitted to register only one user account with Application.
By registering in Application, users are required to provide their approval stating they have carefully read all the terms and conditions and will comply with all the rules, regulations and terms of My T20.
In case of PAN card verification, any scanned image of a photocopy of the users' PAN card will not be acceptable. For PAN card verification it is mandatory to send a full image of the original PAN card when ever asked. We will asked only winners' PAN card via email after completion contest/league.
The "Full Name" and "Pin Code" mentioned by the user for the purpose of verification should match with the Name and Pin code mentioned on all the documents required for verification purposes, any discrepancy may lead to terminate / suspend user account without any notice. In such case user has no rights to claim prize money.
The individuals using the services provided by Application provide their consent for receiving all the communications from Firm by marking e-mails from myt20app.com & qqinfoworld.com as part of their "safe senders" list. In an event, if any of the emails sent by Firm remains unread by the user because of being sent to the Spam or Junk folders, Firm shall not be held responsible.
Any sort of password issued to any of the individual using the services provided by Application are confidential and should not be shared by the users with anyone else. The users hold the sole responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. The users offer their consent by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Application to inform Firm about any unauthorized use of their passwords or accounts or any other breach of security.
The users ensure link e-mail id belong to them only, as in event of password lost we will send password in email. Users give consent that firm has no liability in case of un-natural / illegal event of network/system penetration which may disclose content transmitting electronically.
The users ensure to exit/log-out of their accounts after the completion of each session. In case of any sort of loss or damage faced by the user due to the failure of abiding these rules and regulations, Firm / Application shall not be held responsible.
The individuals using services provided by Application should neither conduct nor assist the usage of cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks or any unauthorized third-party software specifically formulated for modifying or intervening with myt20app.com and Application features and/or Application experience.
The individuals using services offered by Firm as a My T20 platform provides their consent of not copying, modifying the technology and software associated with our Application, Services and features. Further, the users accept not to rent, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to anyone of the associated technologies and software.
The Terms and Conditions of My T20 bounds the users to neither modify nor become a cause of modification of any of the files, technology or software associated with My T20.
The users provide their acceptance to not to disrupting, overburdening, or promoting any kind of disruption or overburdening to:

The servers or computers offering or supporting My T20 services.
The enjoyment of Application's fun features by other Users or persons.

The Terms and Conditions of My T20 do not permit the user to attain any sort of unauthorized access to the dser accounts, servers or networks associated to myt20app.com's features and services by any means except the user interface provided by Application. The user must not indulge in activities like circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software associated with the features and services provided by My T20.
The users provide their acceptance for not using the My T20 platform for any sort of activities including (but not limited to):

To engage in any obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory or abusive action or communication;
To harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate any legal rights of other individuals;
To Transmit files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another person's computer, Application, myt20app.com, any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
To advertise, offer or sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose on myt20app.com & Application without the express written consent of Firm;
To Transmit content regarding services, products, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or chain letters;

The users are bound to accept that they will neither support or conduct any sort of attack including (but not limited to) distribution of a virus, denial of service, or other attempts to interrupt the services provided by My T20 or the use or enjoyment of other My T20 users.

F. CONTEST(S), PARTICIPATION

The My T20 platform conducts some contests as a part of fun feature. My T20 offers fantasy cricket as a part of its fun feature. The contests conducted by My T20 allows the users to participate in the Fun Feature by formulating their own fantasy team comprising of on-field players involved in the on-field match (as applicable), series or tournament to which the fantasy game relates. The team of the individual users are rewarded with points on the basis of the performance of on-field players at the end of a designated match, round or tournament of the Contest(s). The user whose team attains the highest aggregate of points will be declared as the winner of the contest. My T20 is authorized to declare more than one winner and distribute prizes to such Winners in increasing order of their Team's aggregate score at the end of the designated round(s). Contests organized as a part of fun features would comply to the Terms and Conditions, rules and regulations as mentioned here.

No separate participation is required for free contests, by registering in Application user automatically participate in our free contests. Our platform also offer pre-define paid contests. User may make them private contest as well by paying joining fee of it. User need to pay joining fee to join any paid contest(s).

If User is a resident of either Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland or Telangana, user is not be permitted to paticipating/join any paid contest(s).

Note: For iOs user - Apple is neither responsible for any contest(s) nor sponsoring any of this.

G. LEGALITY OF GAME OF SKILL

Games of skill are legal, as they are excluded from the ambit of Indian gambling legislations including, the Public Gambling Act of 1867. The Indian Supreme Court in the cases of State of Andhra Pradesh v/s. K Satyanarayana (AIR 1968 SC 825) and KR Lakshmanan v/s. State of Tamil Nadu (AIR 1996 SC 1153) has held that a game in which success depends predominantly upon the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience, and adroitness of the player shall be classified as a game of skill.
The Contest (s) described above (across the Application) are games of skill as success of Participants depends primarily on their superior knowledge of the games of cricket, cricket statistics, knowledge of players' relative form, players' performance in a particular territory, conditions and/or format (such as ODIs and Twenty20), attention and dedication towards the Contest(s) and adroitness in playing the Contest(s). The Contest(s) also requires Participants to field well-balanced sides with limited resources and make substitutions at appropriate times to gain the maximum points.
By participating in this Contest(s), each Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she is participating in a game of skill.

H. CONTEST FORMATS AND WINNERS

Firm conducts few Contests as a part of fun features as mention below which comply to various Terms and Conditions including (but not limited to):

Free/Paid Contest: Participant may opt to join without paying any joining fee(In such case he/she will get 25% of win amount). Winner for Leaderboard, Scoreboard and Match will be decided based on war points.
- Leaderboard: After completion each match points will be added in system. List of users would be created in descending order of aggregate war points. In the event of same points user getting more points would get priority. In event of equal war points and equal points, firest registered would get priority.
- Scoreboard: After completion of each match top 3 users would get Gold, Silver and Bronze medal based on war points where gold for 1st place, silver for 2nd and bronze for 3rd place. Based on medals won by user "Score Point" would be calculated which is aggregate value of,
- Match: List of users will be prepare after completion of each match. List would be prepare based on war points in descending order for each match. i.e. User getting highest point for match would get 1st position, user getting second highest point would get 2nd position and so on. In the event of same points team register first for that match would get priority.

Paid Contest: Participant need to pay required joining fee before joining any paid contest(s). Winner(s) for any paid contest(s) will be decided based on points.(not on war points)

Each Team will get points based on the on-field performance of their selected players and prediction of match stats (i.e. Toss winner would opt, Match winner, Man of the Match and 1st inning Total Score) as mention in "Points Information" / "How To Play" in application, which required sufficient knowledge of condition of pitch / player's form / match situation / etc. Points after considering effect of fired weapon called - War Points

Only playing 11 players (and impact player) of each side would get points. Substituted players won't get any points. Any points scored in super over would not be considered.

I. CASHBACK

Cash-back bonus amount which we offer to our user. It is not transferable and can't not be withdrawn. It can only be use to join in certain contest up to certain limit for each contest. ( Not more than 10% of entry fee). One can earn cash back by inviting other to app. When invited user verify his/her mobile number cash back amount will be credited in your account.

Firm retain rights to cancel / terminate any cash back without giving any notice in a best interest.

J. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Firm will select winners on the basis of computation and tabulation of scores in a designated round (which may last anywhere between one day and an entire tournament) of the Contest(s). Any individual identified by us as creating a team on behalf of other users will be disqualified from the Contest(s). In an event wherein there's a tie between the winners,(which does not seems possible in natural course as we have already made such a rule/system that decide winner based on registration/first come first preference) then the winning users shall be declared as the winners, and the prize shall be equally divided among such Participants. If the users have not complied to the Terms and Conditions defined by Firm, then, Firm shall not be liable to pay any prize in relation to the use of the our Application/website. For the purpose of adding points in system we are considering scorebord of https://www.cricbuzz.com. Firm reserve the rights to change score provider any time or may decide by ownself.

K. CLAIM OF PRIZE(S)

As a general practice, winners will be required to provide the following documents:

Original scanned copy of the User's PAN card.
User's bank account details and proof of the same.

An individual shall not be allowed by Firm to withdraw his/her prize without the submission and verification of the above mentioned documents within the time-period defined as "claim prize time" after this section. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users ensure that the documents provided at the time of verification are the true copies of the original documents.
The users are bound to provide adequate and complete details at the time of registration. Firm shall not be held responsible for any sort of communication, commissions or omissions that might lead to a situation wherein the results may not be communicated to the Winner.

Claim Price Time: Till 30 days after completion of last match of league/season

We will remove all your progress and infromation related to your account after 30 days. We only maintain those data which are required for legal agency(Income-Tax Department). If there is no winning in your account you don't need to worry about your data privacy as in such case your data will be remove automatically.

L. VERIFICATION PROCESS

Firm is authorized only to permit the participants who have successfully completed the verification process by providing the required documents within the time limit specified to withdraw/receive/claim their accumulated winnings (or any part thereof). Any request for extending the time-limit for verification and document submission shall not be accepted by Firm.
Firm is authorized to disqualify any winner from withdrawing their accumulated winnings post scrutinizing all documents (or any part thereof) on the following grounds:

Any of the document or information provided by the user at the time of verification is inadequate, incorrect, misleading, false, fabricated, incomplete or illegible; or
Participant does not fulfil the Terms & Condition; or
Any other ground.

Any winner who is winning any contest authorizes Firm to use images and names of the winners on social media platform and to display on pages, ads of My T20 as and when needed. In case, any user disagrees to this, no withdrawal shall be processed.

M. TAXES PAYABLE

The prizes offered to the users declared as winners of the contest(s) organized by Firm may comply with a deduction of tax ("TDS") under the Income Tax Act 1961. In an event wherein such tax deductions are made, the winners will be provided TDS certificates. The individuals declared as winners agree to pay other applicable tax, including (but not limited to) income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the prize money. While filling income-tax return this amount may fall under "income from other source". Kindly consult your income-tax advisor for the same.

N. VIRTUAL MONEY ("My T20 Ruby")

Virtual currency such as "MyT20 Ruby or Ruby" ("Virtual Money"). You agree that once purchased Virtual Money have no monetary value and can never be exchanged for real money from us or anyone else. You agree that Virtual Money is not transferrable to anyone else and you will not transfer or attempt to transfer any Virtual Money to anyone else.
You do not own Virtual Money but instead you purchase a limited personal revocable licence to use them - any balance of Virtual Money does not reflect any stored value.
You agree that all sales by us to you of Virtual Money are final, that we will not refund any transaction once it has been made. Please note that when you purchase a licence to use Virtual Money from us, you acknowledge and agree that we will begin the provision of the Virtual Money to you promptly once your purchase is complete and therefore your right of withdrawal is lost at this point. For the purposes of this paragraph a "purchase" is complete at the time our servers validate your purchase and the applicable Virtual Money are successfully credited to your account on our servers.
We will not able to restore any Virtual Money which need to be store/update for your account on our server and you lost or damage such device. Accordingly, on a device which is not connected in this way:
- any risk of loss of Virtual Money which you purchase from us is transferred to you upon completion of the purchase as described in section N(3) above;
- any risk of loss of Virtual Money that you receive from us without making a purchase is transferred to you at the time the Virtual Money is successfully credited to your account on our servers;
The data associated with Virtual Money, whether purchased or awarded to you, is stored on our server.
We reserve the right to control, regulate, change or remove any Virtual Money without any liability to you at any time.
We may revise the pricing for Virtual Money offered through the Services at any time. We may limit the total amount of Virtual Money that may be purchased at any one time, and/or limit the total amount of Virtual Money that may be held in your account in the aggregate. You are only allowed to obtain Virtual Money from us, and not in any other way.
Virtual Money is purchased has 18+ age rating.
If we suspend or terminate your account in accordance with these terms you may lose any Virtual Money that you may have and we will not compensate you for this loss or make any refund to you.
The charge for any individual Virtual Money you can purchase via our Application shall be as stated on our Application at the time you place the order, except in the case of obvious error. The charge is inclusive of all sales taxes and other charges. Depending on which bank you use, additional charges may be issued by your bank; we have no control over this and accept no liability in relation to the same. If you are unsure whether you will be subject to such additional charges then you should check with your bank before making a purchase. For Android application we accept payment via our payment processing partners by credit card, debit card, wallet and for iOS application we accept payment via Apple in-app purchase only. Our payment processing partners may have their own terms and conditions and you should ensure you are in agreement with these prior to making any payment. If your transaction with our payment processing partners is not successful then your purchase will not be fulfilled. Upon the completion of a successful payment transaction then your purchase will be fulfilled to you as soon as possible - we will endeavour to fulfil your order immediately at the point of purchase.

O. MISCELLANEOUS

Prize distribution and awarding related decisions undertaken by Firm shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Further Firm is authorized to suspend or terminate the accounts of such participants at its sole and absolute discretion.

P. PUBLICITY

In an event wherein an individual declared as the winner of Contest(s) accepts the prize offered by My T20, then affiliates of My T20 and the Firm itself is authorized to use the name, likeness, voice and comments of the winner for various purposes including (but not limited to) advertising, promotion of the company in any media worldwide, alongside trading without any further permissions or consents and/or additional compensation being given to the participant. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the winners of the Contest(s) provide their consent for being available for promotional purposes as planned and desired by Firm without any charge. The promotional and advertising events can include (but not limited to) press events, internal meetings and ceremonies/functions wherein the dates for the promotional events will be solely decided by the members of Firm mainly who are looking after My T20.

Q. GENERAL CONDITIONS

In a rare event wherein My T20 identifies the need of any governmental, statutory or regulatory compliances or approvals for organizing any Contest(s) or the company identifies any on-going Contest(s) breaching the legal guidelines or being prohibited by the legal authorities, then, Firm hold all the rights to cancel or withdraw such Contest(s) without any prior notice to the participants or the winners. The individuals using the Application/Service provided by Firm agree not to make any claims related to such cancellation or withdrawal in any manner.

R. RESTRICTIONS

The Application is available for individuals aged 18 years or older. You may not use the application for betting or any other kind of illegal activities.

S. PROHIBITED USE

You shall not, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Site, that -
belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner;
involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming" or unsolicited commercial advertisement;
harm minors in any way;
infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
violates any law for the time being in force;
deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
impersonate another person;
contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;

S(a). BREACH OF THESE TERMS

Without limiting any other remedies or any other paragraph/section of these terms, if we reasonably believe that you are in breach of these terms (including by repeated minor breaches), we reserve the right to take any of the following actions, whether individually or in combination, and either with or without notice to you:
- delete, suspend and/or modify your account or parts of your account;
- otherwise suspend and/or terminate your access to our Services;
- modify and/or remove any Virtual Money that may be associated with your account.
You agree to compensate us, according to law, for all losses, harm, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms by you.

T. REFUND

Any amount once used to avail any "Service" or feature of application can't be refunded back to the user in any case, and the amount can be used to utilise other features or Services of Contest(s) organized by Firm. In rare cases Firm might refund such amount but such decision power vested only to Firm only.
The individuals using the services and features provided by My T20 are not permitted to cancel any transaction which has been once confirmed. However, Firm is authorized to permit any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion.
Firm reserves the rights to refund the transaction amount to the user in the above mentioned case at its sole and absolute discretion post deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Further, amid the transaction process, the users should take a note of the additional terms and conditions which significantly govern the transaction. In an event wherein the clauses defined in additional terms and conditions conflict with the present Terms and Conditions defined by Firm, the additional terms, and conditions associated with transactions shall prevail. The refund is only applicable to the amount used to update your team selection only. (Ref. Section-B of optional features mention in "How To Play" section of application)

T. NO WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE CONTENTS OF THE APPLICATION. WE SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO LIABILITY FOR ANY DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS OF THE APPLICATION FROM WHATEVER CAUSE. YOU AGREE THAT YOU USE THE CONTENT AND THE APPLICATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
